Healthy Diet Plan In a Nutshell

For any person that's interested in improving their health I recommend the following diet plan.

Eat only whole foods, preferably 100 percent certified organic. Do not eat artificial foods, processed, or refined foods. If you are complying with those first two sentences then you obviously are not eating junk food either. Learn to use the whole foods and make your own recipes from those. Herbs and spices help to bring you new and exciting flavors.

Growing your own organic garden would be a great idea, especially since our government has chosen to go global with our food supply, and has changed the rules in regard to the meaning of organically grown food. Another plus for growing your own food is the exercise you receive and the fresh air and sunshine while working in your garden.

Make plans as soon as you're able to eliminate all irritants from your internal environment. Things such as smoking, soft drinks, sugary foods, over consumption of alcohol, over-the-counter medications, and even prescription medications take a toll on your health. As your health improves there will be no need for those things. Voila!

It's all up to you! What is more important to you? Good habits or bad habits? Good health or bad health?

It's all about choice. It's not easy, but it's doable.

Here, I'd like to share two of my favorite quotes with you!

The patient should be made to understand that he or she must take charge of his own life. Don’t take your body to the doctor as if he were a repair shop. -Quentin Regestein

Those who fail to take the time to be healthy will ultimately have to take the time to be sick. -Dr. James Chappell
